When you send an enquiry we store the name, phone number, email address, city, requirement and message you type into the form, along with any files you attach, the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. The IP address and user-agent are kept because they are what allow us to identify and block automated form spam.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in this website's own database and are visible to the people who administer the site. A copy is emailed to the business. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, which keeps your session and the security token that protects the forms against forgery. It is not used for advertising or tracking. If the business later adds analytics, that will be disclosed here.
Asking us to delete your enquiry
Call or write to us on the details on the contact page, quoting the reference from your confirmation, and we will remove it.
